- ガラス基板上にマトリツクス状に配置され、か
つ、複数行配列された蛍光体層を有する表示部と
、該表示部に対向して間隔をおいて設けられたグ
リツドと、該グリツドを駆動するグリツド用駆動
回路チツプと、前記表示部を駆動するアノード用
駆動回路用チツプとを有し、前記グリツド用駆動
回路チツプと前記アノード用駆動回路チツプとが
前記ガラス基板上に配置され、かつ、前記ガラス
基板とカバーガラスとで形成される真空容器内に
収容された構造のチツプイングラス蛍光表示管に
おいて、前記グリツド用駆動回路チツプと前記ア
ノード用駆動回路チツプが前記表示部のそれぞれ
の行間に配置されたことを特徴とするチツプイン
グラス蛍光表示管。
