- 真空外囲器内に駆動用半導体ＩＣチツプと、該
半導体ＩＣチツプの接合部温度を検知するための
ダイオード・チツプを内蔵する蛍光表示管と、ダ
イオード・チツプの電流供給源と、ダイオード・
チツプの電流値を検出する検出回路と、検出回路
の出力によつて表示の点灯を制御する回路とを有
することを特徴とする蛍光表示装置。
