この移動テーブルを直線移動させる駆動機構と、
被位置決め部材の両端部を検出し得る一対のセン
サと、この一対のセンサを前記移動テーブルの移
動方向と平行に、かつ一対のセンサが相互に離隔
する方向に同速度で移動させる検出用駆動機構と
、被位置決め部材の一端を一方のセンサが検出す
ると移動テーブルを検出された一端方向へ駆動し
、他方のセンサが被位置決め部材の他端を検出す
ると移動テーブルを停止させる駆動制御手段とを
