Abstract

PURPOSE:To closely connect an emitting element part and a feeding element part by through-hole-plating a through hole for letting a short pin pass through. CONSTITUTION:A first base plate 1 and a second base plate 2 are provided with a first through hole 5a and a second through hole 5b for letting the straight-line-shaped short pin 3 in the direction or the reverse direction of the emitting element part 1b a first dielectric base plate 1a a first grand pattern surface 1c a second grand pattern surface 2c the first dielectric base plate 2a the feeding element part 2b. Then the walls of the through holes 5a, 5b are given through hole plating so that solder is easy to adhere. The short pin 3 is used for connecting the emitting element part 1b and the feeding element part 2b, and is soldered to the emitting element part 1b and the feeding element part 2b at its end parts. Thus, because in the through holes 5a, 5b, the solder permeates into the lower part of the short pin 3, they can be surely connected.
