Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily position an inner-mounting core and an outermounting core by a method wherein a positioning means which comes into contact with a housing or a secondary bobbin of a secondary coil and which is used to position their mutual positions is installed at the secondary bobbin or at the housing. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil 3 is composed of the following: a primary bobbin 30 which has been formed collectively at an inner-mounting core 11 and by a mold shaping process using a thermoplastic resin; a primary winding 31 which has been wound on the primary bobbin 30. A secondary coil 4 is composed of the following: a secondary bobbin 40 which is arranged at the external periphery of the primary coil 3 and which is formed by the thermoplastic resin; a secondary winding 41 which bas been wound on the external periphery of the secondary bobbin 40. Collar parts 32, 33 are formed at both ends of the primary bobbin 30. Protruding parts 34, 35 used to position the primary bobbin 30 and the secondary bobbin 40 for the secondary coil 4 are formed individually. For the primary winding 31, a copper wire enamelled with a synthetic resin is wound on the primary bobbin 30 in a laminated manner. Terminal wires 36, 37 at both ends of the primary winding 31 are connected to terminals 38, 39 on the side of the bobbin. The terminals 38, 39 in the side of the bobbin are connected to a connector 8 to extract the primary winding 31 to the outside.
