にカプラを挿入して、入力部及び回路を構成する
のが一般的である。

ようにコの字状に設けられており、高圧部との絶
縁が十分にとれるよう配慮してある。305は後
述する一次コイル巻線6の巻終り6b、二次コイ
ル巻線8の巻始め8a、及びコンデンサ4aの一
端を結線するために壁部304より突出して設け
られた突起部で、この突起部305に前記巻終り
6b、巻始め8a及びコンデンサ4aの引き出し
線を巻付けた後、半田付にて結線を行なう。30
6a〜306jは各電子回路部品4b〜4gを結
線回路構成するターミナルの電子回路部品結線部
が裏面より挿入される小穴であり、基板部300
の各所に設けてある。5a,5bは黄銅等よりな
る回路構成用ターミナルで、501a,501b
はその入力端子部、502a〜502eはその電
子回路部品結線部、503a,503bは入力端
子部501a,501bと電子回路部品結線部5
02a〜502e間との間を連結する回路構成用
パターン部であり、これら入力端子部501aあ
るいは501bと電子回路部品結線部502a〜
502dあるいは502eと回路構成用パターン
部503aあるいは503bとはそれぞれプレス
成形により一体に屈曲形成されている。そして、
各入力端子部501a,501bはカプラ部30
3内に挿入され、各電子回路部品結線部502a
〜502eは各小穴306a〜306eに嵌合固
定されている。また、残りの各小穴306f〜3
06jにも電子回路部品結線部502f〜502
jが嵌合固定されており、そのうち各電子回路部
品結線部502f〜502j間は図示しない回路
構成用パターン部により連結されプレス成形にて
一定形成されている。また、電子回路部品結線部
502jはリード線6cを介して鉄心1に結線さ
れ、この鉄心1を例えば自動二輪車の車体に取付
けることにより、この鉄心1を介してボデイーア
ースされる。6は一次ボビン2に巻線した一次コ
イル巻線で、その巻き始め6aは鉄心1に結線さ
れている。7は二次コイル巻線8を巻付ける二次
ボビンで複数の巻線溝に分割されている。8は二
次コイル巻線でその巻始め、巻終り部は中間部よ
り巻数が少なく巻かれている。801は二次コイ
ル巻線8の巻始め側で、802は二次コイル巻線
8の巻終り側となつており、電圧の低い巻始め側
801に電子回路部品4を装着した基板3が配置
されるように巻かれている。9は前記各部品を収
納するケースであり、901は前記一次ボビン2
のテーパ部202と嵌合して樹脂10が漏れない
ようにするケース9のテーパ部である。10は前
記ケース9に充填される樹脂でエポキシ等の樹脂
を使用し、コイルの絶縁及び各部品間の固着を行
うものである。11は高圧コードでその一端はケ
ース9内において二次コイル巻線8の巻終り8b
に結線され、他端は外部にて図示せぬ点火栓に接
続される。また、各電子回路部品4a〜4gにつ
いて詳細に説明すると、4aはコンデンサで二次
コイル巻線8の側方に配置されている。4b〜4
dはダイオード、4eは調整抵抗、4fは抵抗、
4gはサイリスタであり、これらは各電子回路部
品結線部502a〜502jに接続され、第5図
に示すごとき公知のコンデンサ放電式点火装置が

路部品を配置したことにより、電子部品が高電圧
により破壊されることもなくなり、より一層品質
が安定するという優れた効果がある。
