Then own module type of the register 11, the own module address of the register 12 and the content of the register 13 are compared by a comparator circuit 15. Moreover, in case of the inter-module communication, a register 16 storing sender destination module address information designated from the module main body (software) and a register 17 storing a communication command data between modules are provided.
