【考案の詳細な説明】
(目的)
本考案は粉体塗装機に関し、その目的は粉体塗
装機の塗料吐出口前面部に設け塗料吐出方向を調
節する改良された塗装パターン調整具を提供する

(従来技術)
第1に示す如く、粉体塗装機に於ては塗装機本
体1の塗料吐出口2の前面部に塗装パターン調整

前記した如き不良発生現象は、静電圧、塗料吐

すなわち本考案は、塗料吐出口前面部に設け塗
料吐出方向を調節する先端部を鋭利な端面を有す
るカツプ状にしたことを特徴とする粉体塗装機の

(効果)
従来粉体塗装作業に於ては、塗装パターン調整
具先端面に付着堆積した塗料がブロツク化して被

正に多大な工数を要していたことは勿論のこと、
この不良の発生を防止させるため作業者が時々塗
装機に振動を与えるなどして塗装パターン調整具
先端面に付着堆積した塗料を振り払うことが必要
