This area is called “sheep edging” and it is difficult to form the thickness of the coating film due to the surface tension of the coating even if anti-corrosion coating is applied. Even if the area around the relevant area is coated several times, the initial coating film thickness is not reached. Therefore, it has been desired to develop a simple rust preventive means for the shear edges, especially at the steel end of steel structures such as bridges.

In addition, it is considered to make all the sharp edges of steel materials of steel structures such as bridges to have roundness at the time of production, but in the case of large steel structures such as long bridges these days, The extension has been enormous and costly, so it has not been implemented.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) By the way, since the painting work of Shea Puetji requires multiple times of painting, it may take some time to finish even though painting a small area by painting, drying, painting and drying. In addition, workability is extremely poor due to restrictions such as scaffolding, and it is difficult to effectively utilize the performance of the paint by forming a coating film having a required and continuous thickness.

In particular, in recent years, the requirements for preservation and rust prevention of existing steel marine structures and structures that require extremely large durability such as oversea bridges have gradually become more sophisticated, and high viscosity thick film type, multi-liquid mixed polymerization Due to the combination of the mold, metal powder, glass flakes, and fibers, which have a greater ionization tendency than iron, the conventional brush coating method is generally inefficient and has a high viscosity. The paint is difficult to apply with a general brush, and in addition to spray painting, there is a problem of environmental pollution due to the fact that the spray scatters by the wind.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention has been devised and developed in order to solve these problems. Specifically, it is an air caulking gun, an electric caulking gun, or a paint pressure-feeding hose. The above-mentioned coating work can be carried out simply and efficiently by simply fitting it onto the front face of the tip nozzle via a cap, and the characteristic feature is that the coating device is a rubber main body having flexibility and solvent resistance. Forming a paint introducing through hole inside the center, forming a constant length range on the outlet side of the paint introducing through hole in the rubber body into a triangular cross-section groove having an opening angle of about right angle,
In addition, the intersection of the inclined surfaces of both blades forming the triangular cross-section groove is a small groove communicating with the paint introducing through hole.

Numeral 1 is an air gun, which is used as a cartridge and is charged into the cylinder 1b. The lever 1c is operated to open the throttle valve inside the gun. The paint in the cartridge 1e is supplied by the compressed air pipe 1d. Let it discharge 1a. Although 2 is a cap and 3 is a discharge nozzle, the above-mentioned structure is the same as that of the conventional one, but in the present invention, one end of the cap 2 is projected forward by a certain length for attaching the applicator described below. An arm 4 is provided, and a frame body is formed at the tip of the arm 4 by a bottom plate 4a, side plates 4b and 4c, and a rear plate 4d. Here, the bottom plate 4a has a through hole 5 for fixing the applicator, while the rear plate 4d has a through hole 6 for attaching a tube.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a bag nut for attaching the other end of the tube 10 to the cap 2 side, and the tube 10 is provided at the center.
A through hole 12 that is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the cap 2 and a female screw m is engraved on the inner peripheral surface of the beak cylinder 2a which is formed on the front outer surface of the cap 2 so as to project on the outer surface thereof. Set male screw n
And screw it in. Before the screwing, the bag nut 11 is inserted into the tube 10 side in advance through the through hole 12 so that the end of the tube 10 is slightly projected from the tip edge of the beak tube 2a of the cap 2. In addition, the tip p of the discharge nozzle of the cartridge 1e is slightly cut into the part with a blade and then inserted toward the part. Then, the bag nut 11 is returned to the cap 2 side and the upper surface of the beak cylinder 2a is inserted. It should be screwed so that it can be fastened.

In this case, since the tip of the discharge nozzle of the cartridge 1e is formed into a conical inclined surface, the insertion of the end edge portion of the tube 10 can be performed very easily, and the process of tightening the bag nut 11 against the inclined surface. Thus, the through hole 12 of the bag nut 11 presses the tube 10 so that an effective connection that also serves as a seal is achieved.

In the present invention, the lever 1c is pulled in the above-mentioned configuration, whereby the throttle valve is opened and the air is fed from the compressed air pipe 1d to the coating tool 1a tube 10 in the cartridge 1e to send it to the applicator 7. That is, it flows from the through hole 7b through the blade inclined surfaces S, S 1 of the small groove 7d and the triangular section groove 7c.

Therefore, in this state, as shown in FIG. 3, the rubber main body 7a is pulled in the forward direction while maintaining the inclination of about 30 ° with respect to the shear edge 13a of the plate material 13 to be coated, whereby the shear edge 13a is pulled. The coating film k is applied to the portion. The coating film thickness is adjusted by appropriately changing the coating material supply amount, the moving speed of the air gun, the pressing force of the rubber body 7a, and the like. If the paint in the cartridge is exhausted during the painting operation, air will blow out from the groove 7c of the triangular cross section. Therefore, the pressing operation of the lever 1c is immediately stopped, and the cap 2 is removed and replaced with a new cartridge paint 1e.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention attaches a specially-configured applicator to the tip nozzle such as an air caulking gun, an electric caulking gun, or a paint pressure-feeding hose, and forms a triangular cross-section groove on the sheared edge of the plate material to be coated. Since the paint is extruded along the inclined surfaces of the blades S and S 1 in contact with each other, the coating film m having a constant thickness is continuously formed. and than, since it becomes the paint is pushed out heaped shape for this again wings inclined surfaces S, in particular Shiyapuetsudji 13a part the small grooves 7d are formed by intersection of S 1 is upon the film-forming Since the sagging phenomenon of the coating film on the part is effectively prevented, there is no need to repeat the coating process repeatedly as in the conventional case, and a quick and efficient coating operation is possible. Can do Is're Natsu Noto.
