受部に台板内の潤滑油主管から潤滑油を注油する
機構に関するもので、面圧の高い下側メインメタ
ルに孔を明ける必要をなくすると共に、パイピン
グを不要にすることを目的としている。

を設けている。ところが下側メインメタル3より
の注油ではきり孔10に連通する注油孔9等を下
側メインメタル3に設けなければならないため、
下側メインメタル3の受圧面積が減り、面圧の上
昇により局部的に高い油膜圧力を生じ、油膜切れ
の恐れがある。この対策としてパイピングにより
メタルキヤツプ5側への注油方式も採用されてお
り、機能的には最良の有効なジヤーナル潤滑が期
待できるが、パイピング構造であるため、パイプ
及び継手部の破損に対する信頼性が問題となる。
又メタルキヤツプ取外し時に配管を外す等の手間
が掛り、保守面での難がある。

ラグであり、23は油路17の上端部を密封する

く、良好な油膜圧力分布が得られると共に、注油
抵抗も小となり、潤滑性能が向上する。メタルキ

切必要としないため、パイピングによるメタルキ
