Claims (1)
- ダクトまたは配管に抵抗体となるフイルタを設
置するとともに、同フイルタの複数点において同
フイルタを貫通する複数のサンプリングチユーブ
を接続し、同各サンプリングチユーブを前記ダク
トまたは配管内に配設された微粒子、ガス感知器
に接続してなることを特徴とする微粒子、ガス検
出装置。
