Claims (1)
- 流体通路が仕切壁により該流体通路に於ける流
体の流れ方向に見て互いに並列に第一の通路と第
二の通路とに区分にされ、前記仕切壁は一方の側
にては前記第一の通路の断面積が前記第二の通路
の断面積より大きく且他方の側にては前記第二の
通路の断面積が前記第一の通路の断面積より大き
くなるよう構成され、前記第一の通路と前記第二
の通路の各々に流量検出素子が設けられている流
体の流れ方向検出装置。
