Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ガスが通過する多数の通路を有し、当該排
    気ガス中の微粒子を捕集する略円筒状の微粒子捕
    集フイルタを、同心円状に、且つ互いに微小な間
    隙をもつて嵌合する複数個のフイルタ片と、これ
    らの各フイルタ片間の前記微小な間隙の少なくと
    も長手方向に沿う両端に介在された弾性支持部材
    とにより形成したことを特徴とする微粒子捕集フ
    イルタ。
