- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸受部材と、軸体とから成る動圧軸受であつて
、前記軸受部材に設けた円筒状孔は、スラスト軸
受面と、軸方向に隔設された二ケ所の円筒状のラ
ジアル軸受面とを有し、前記円筒状孔に配置され
る前記軸体は、前記スラスト軸受面に対向するス
ラスト面と、前記各ラジアル軸受面に対向する、
隔設された二ケ所のラジアル面とを有し、前記ラ
ジアル軸受面とラジアル面との少なくとも一方に
ヘリングボーン状のみぞを設け、前記軸方向の一
方の側のヘリングボーン状のみぞは軸方向の他方
の側のヘリングボーン状のみぞよりも軸方向の幅
寸法が短かい動圧軸受において、 前記一方の側のヘリングボーン状のみぞのみぞ
角度を、他方の側のヘリングボーン状のみぞのみ
ぞ角度よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする動圧軸
受。
