ミツシヨン側マスと、前記両マス間に粘性流体を
封入して設けられた密封室と、この密封室内で前
記両マスにそれぞれ回転方向に係合され交互に近
接して配置された複数の抵抗板と、駆動トルクを
感知する感知手段と、この感知手段の感知に基づ
き前記抵抗板間の伝達トルクを増大させる作動手
