Claims (1)
- 筒状のブツシユ内にばねに抗して該ブツシユの
シート部から移動自在のポペツトを設けてその移
動により該ブツシユの先端の流入口からその側方
の流出口への流れを制御するロジツク弁に、両ロ
ツド形のシリンダをその一方のロツドをポペツト
のばね側に取付け、該シリンダの他方のロツドの
端面と該ポペツトのばね側の面に前記流入口の圧
力を作用させるべく導くパイロツト回路を設け、
該シリンダのロツドの移動距離を検出すべく設け
た位置検出器からの信号が入力し、該シリンダの
ピストンへの外部パイロツト圧力源の圧力の作用
を制御する電磁制御弁を設けたことを特徴とする
大流量用ポペツト式２ポートサーボ弁。
