It was used with screws attached to the bottom, or with special nails attached to the inner sole. However, since the former synthetic resin spikes have a threaded portion on the underside, it is difficult to form the head only in a cylindrical or trapezoidal shape, and not only do they not provide sufficient anti-slip properties that are essential for spiked athletic shoes, There were defects such as a significantly short service life due to easy wear and tear. Similarly, replaceable metal spikes for baseball have large metal bases or require male screws or nuts, which not only have the disadvantage of making the sole heavier due to their own weight. There is a risk of injury to competitors. (Its use is prohibited in youth baseball games.)

The object of the present invention is to provide spikes or shoe studs that can not only prevent such problems, but also maintain the anti-slip force against the ground for a long time.

液体ウレタンプレポリマー配合物を含浸できる。 First, the spike A according to the present invention is formed by stacking one or more natural or synthetic leather materials to form a spike body a, as shown in FIGS. The spike body a is further formed to consist of a main body 1 that acts on the ground, etc., and a substrate 2 that contacts the bottom side of the sole, as shown in FIGS. Not only can this be prevented, but it can also be formed into a rectangular or wedge-shaped shape as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, which is attached to the sole B of the shoe. Furthermore, the spike body a is JIS compliant as shown in Figure 2.
It has a hardness of about 97 measured using a spring testing machine (type A) of K6301 (vulcanized rubber physical testing method), and a hardness of about 75 measured using a durometer (type D) of JIS K7215 (plastic durometer hardness testing method). A tough and ultra-hard liquid urethane prepolymer compound consisting of a liquid urethane polymer, its curing agent, a catalyst, and a low-boiling point organic solvent is sufficiently impregnated to penetrate into the interior, and then dried and reacted. This is to form an ultra-hard spike A that is strong and has good stopping properties. In this case, the spike body A made of natural leather is made of the intertwined leather fibers of the natural leather that constitutes it. During this time, the liquid urethane prepolymer formulation can be sufficiently impregnated.

You can choose. In addition, since the spike A is a strong and ultra-hard molded product as mentioned above, it has good stopping properties and there is almost no risk of it being worn out by contact with the ground or damaged by impact from the ground. In addition, it can be bonded extremely firmly to a urethane-based elastomer or resin shoe sole using a urethane-based adhesive.

The hardness measured by a spring-type hardness tester (Type A) is about 97, which is 75 by JIS K7215 (plastic durometer type D).
It is sufficiently impregnated with a liquid urethane prepolymer formulation that is strong and extremely hard, consisting of a liquid urethane prepolymer that has a certain degree of hardness, its curing agent, a catalyst, and an organic solvent with a low boiling point, so that it penetrates into the inside. This is dried and reacted to form an ultra-hard product that is strong and has good stopping properties. For this reason, when nailing this spike A to the sole of a shoe, there is a risk that it will be hard and difficult for the nail to enter, or that the spike main body or the base plate may break, so please prepare the spike main body A and the main body 1 of the spike main body A beforehand. Alternatively, it is desirable to provide one or more nail holes 3 or 3,3 in the substrate 2. In this case, it is easy to correctly install the nail in the spike body a itself, the main body 1 or the substrate 2 of the spike body a, and the spike main body etc. can be broken into the sole B etc. by passing the nail through the through holes 3, 3. Not only can it be driven correctly without causing any problems, but it also allows the liquid urethane prepolymer compound that becomes extremely hard to penetrate into the deep part of the spike body a more fully from the nail hole 3 or 3,3. It can be done quickly.
