DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the refreshing of spikes and soles used in athletic shoes with spikes. Conventional athletic shoes with spikes, such as athletic shoes for football, are made of synthetic resin. Replaceable spikes, or replaceable metal spikes such as baseball spiked sports shoes, are screwed to the threaded part of the sole of the shoe, or are used with special nails fixed from the midsole. was. However, since the former synthetic resin spike has a threaded portion on the underside, the head is only cylindrical or trapezoidal, and cannot be released sufficiently to prevent slipping, which is essential for the tnce'-31 spiked exercise arsenal. In addition, due to wear and tear, the service life was short and there were defects. Similarly, the metal replacement spikes for baseball had a large metal base and required external screws and nuts. Not only does the sole of the shoe become heavy due to its own weight, but it also has the disadvantage of causing injury to competitors. (Their use is prohibited in boys' ball games.) Conventional athletic shoes with spikes include replaceable spikes that are nailed together and soles to which the spikes are nailed, as described above. However, the above-mentioned shoe soles are made of leather, synthetic resin, or metal spikes or shoe laces, or nails that pass through the base KR girder board are driven or penetrated into the leather, synthetic resin, or rubber soles. However, there were defects in which the head of the nail that was driven was worn out and stuck, or the nail became loose and the spikes or shoe studs fell off or loosened and lost their anti-slip effect. The invention overcomes the deficiencies of the above-mentioned spikes or shoe tacks and soles equipped with anti-slip odors mainly containing these spikes or shoe tacks, wherein the spikes or shoe tacks and soles are strong, soft and durable. To provide a shoe sole that not only prevents wear and tear due to contact with the ground side during impact from the side, but also has a strong connection between the spikes or studs and the sole, and can maintain anti-slip force for a long time. For this reason, the spikes or shoe studs (hereinafter referred to as spikes) and shoe soles of the present invention are coated with a specific liquid urethane prepolymer compound inside them, which makes them tough and ultra-hard or extremely hard. It is thoroughly impregnated, then dried, reacted, and molded.

First of all, the first spike (4) is shown in Figure 1!
As shown in (1) and (2), a spike body (a) is formed by stacking one or more natural or synthetic leather materials. Spike body (
B) is also shown in Figure 1! - The stability of the main body part (1) is increased by forming the main body part (1) which acts on the ground etc. and the substrate (2) which contacts the bottom side of the sole as shown by the weight p,
Not only can this be prevented from increasing, but also
The spike body (a) can be formed into a rectangular or flat shape as shown in Fig. 8 I to l, as shown in Fig. 8 I to l. As shown in the figure, this one has a hardness of -nil@mu about -75
-D is sufficiently impregnated with a liquid urethane gymer compound which is made of a liquid urethane prepolymer, its curing agent, a catalyst, and a low boiling point organic solvent and becomes tough and extremely hard so that it permeates through the internal t. is dried and reacted to form a tough and hard spike with excellent curing properties. In this case, the spike body made of natural leather material (41) is made by applying the urethane preboly compound to the leather fibers that are seen from the mutual K of the natural leather materials constituting the spike body. Can be impregnated.

The spikes (6) are made of one or more pieces of natural or synthetic leather material and are formed into the shape of a spike of the desired shape, so that they are not only heated but also have threaded parts.
You can also choose the mounting position of more than ten. In addition, as mentioned above, the acid spikes (4) are made of strong and ultra-hard footwear, so they have good stopping properties (

In addition to 1kvh, there is a risk of damage due to the urethane adhesive, which can be extremely firmly bonded to cretan-based esters or resin shoe soles. Shoe sole c according to invention No. 8! 4Fi
, As shown in Fig. 8 1 and ■, natural or artificial synthetic leather material is cut into an outer sole shape to form the sole body (0) and the sole body (1,) is #f3 figure As shown in the figure, a strong and highly flexible sole made of a liquid Frethane prepolymer with a hardness of -fXB・mu about γO to 96, its curing agent, a catalyst, a low boiling point organic solvent, etc. is produced. The shoe sole is sufficiently impregnated with a liquid urethane prepolymer compound to fully penetrate the line, and then dried and reacted to form a highly rigid sole (2) that is strong and has good flexibility.・In this case as well, the bottom main body is made of natural leather material (@ means that the liquid urethane prepolished mixture is sufficiently impregnated between the leather fibers of the natural leather that constitutes this) This is possible because the wrinkled sole (2) is a strong and high quality molded product (
Spikes (4) are made of ultra-high hardness (although not very hard), made of omniscient synthetic resin, made of natural or synthetic leather, made of natural or synthetic rubber. Even when driving spikes, etc. with nails or nailing them by penetrating the nails, the *m etc. of the nails may become worn out, causing the spikes inside the nails to fall off, or the nails to loosen, causing the anti-slip effect of the spikes, etc. to deteriorate. The sole (2) of the shoe is made of conventional natural leather material, and the sole (2) of the shoe does not suffer from wear and tear due to contact with the ground. The shoe sole of this invention has a relatively high wear resistance, and is extremely lightweight since there is no need to provide a threaded part such as a nut. A shoe sole (2) with spikes (4) that can be implemented as a correction layer in which the spikes (4) according to the first invention are attached to the part of the child on the bottom side ( 2) itself.

That is, since the sole (2) and each of the spikes (4) are both molded from Polycreta YK, their respective adhesive surfaces can be extremely firmly bonded using a urethane adhesive. The sole of this example (II is the aforementioned sole (6)
Both the spike part and each spike (4) part are made of natural or synthetic leather material and have no metal parts, so they are not only extremely lightweight, but also have the strongest connection between the two, preventing injury to competitors who would be able to use the metal spikes. It has strong abrasion resistance and there is little risk of wear and tear. It is also economical because the spikes (4) related to ! can be adhesively bonded using urethane adhesive. ) and each spike (4) or the sole (2) with a nail or the like passing through the base plate (2) of each spike (4).
The sole (6) of the sole (2) of this embodiment can be formed by driving or penetrating the part and forming a connection by nailing or the like.
) part and each spike (4) part are highly hard and shiny.
Each nail O-nail stop that connects the parts is very strong. There is no risk of the spiked nail falling off even if the head of each section is worn out.
