Claims (1)
- 流体圧によりシリンダ内を往復動するピストン
に永久磁石を装着し、該永久磁石から発生する磁
界を検出してピストンの位置を検出するピストン
位置検出装置において、該シリンダの外側に設け
られ、該ピストンに装着された永久磁石から発生
する磁界を検出する磁気センサを該シリンダの外
部で発生する磁界を遮蔽する第１のシールド部材
内に設置するとともに、該第１のシールド部材の
外側に間隙を有するように第２のシールド部材を
配設したことを特徴とするピストン位置検出装置
。
