- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ピストンヘツド１１の外周に磁石１３を設ける

の軸線方向に延びるセンサ装着溝３を形成し、そ
のセンサ装着溝３内に前記磁石１３の磁気を感知
するセンサ１２を装着したシリンダにおいて、 前記シリンダケース１をシリンダ外部からの磁
気を阻止する磁気シールド部材１４で覆つたこと
を特徴とする磁気シールド装置。
