凹凸模様を形成し、その浸この凹凸模様上に淡色系の低
粘度の上塗り塗料でスプレー塗布しさらに乾燥して鉱物
質繊維板を形成するようにしているから鉱物質繊維基板
表面に凹凸模様のエンボス深さが浅くても高粘度の濃色
系の下t!i夛塗装と低粘度の淡色系の上塗り塗料とあ
いまって厚みが薄くても深みのある凹凸模様を現出すル
コトができる。又、エンボスの凹凸模様を深く見せるこ
とができるので鉱物質繊維基板の曲げ強度を損なうこと
