For example, in the case of a printed steel plate with a wood grain pattern, a clear coating is applied after the wood grain pattern is printed. However, in the case of a printed steel plate with a wood grain pattern, it gives a flat feeling to the viewer, so even if the desired wood grain pattern closely resembles that of natural wood, it is not possible to express the beauty and three-dimensional effect of the surface.

After baking to obtain a dry fi coating, embossing is performed to create unevenness, giving it a three-dimensional effect. In addition, by using a solvent contained in the printing agent that has a slower evaporation rate than the solvent contained in the top coat, only the top coat is dried first, thereby obtaining a product with a difference in gloss as a whole. 52-41653), a curing agent that reacts with the top coat is contained in a printing agent using butyral resin, and by baking and drying the top coat first, a product with a difference in gloss as a whole is obtained. Method (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-41
652), etc., which utilize the difference in curing speed between the printing agent and the top coat are known.

としてブチラール樹脂に限定する必要があった。However, the above-mentioned method of applying an embossing roll to form an uneven pattern requires a new embossing process, which increases the cost, and the sharp edges of the embossed uneven parts make the coating thinner at the edges. The problem is that the long-term corrosion protection at the edges is poor. In addition, in methods that utilize the difference in curing speed between the printing agent and the topcoat, if a solvent with a faster evaporation rate is used in the topcoat than in the printing agent, mixing will occur between the solvents in the printing agent and the topcoat. There is a problem in that a sufficient difference in gloss cannot be obtained using normal baking methods. Furthermore, in a method in which the printing agent contains a curing agent that reacts with the top coat, it is necessary to limit the printing agent to butyral resin.

To provide a patterned decorative material that maintains the depth of the pattern.

。Moreover, since the coating layer contains polymer elastomer particles, the coating layer can give a moist feel when touched with the hand. For example, by printing wood grains on a steel plate and applying the clear paint, the printed wood grains can give the steel plate a visual and tactile feel just like real wood.
