[Technical Field] This invention belongs to the field of decorative board manufacturing technology. [Background Art] Conventionally, decorative boards have been used as wall materials for plumbing areas, such as decorative boards obtained by layering patterned paper or transfer paper with a marble pattern on top of resin-impregnated paper and molding this under heat and pressure. Decorative boards are known, which are obtained by cutting resin-impregnated fibers, spreading them on resin-impregnated paper, and molding them under heat and pressure.
It was far from a natural pattern and lacked texture. That is, after patterning as described above,
In order to provide gloss or durability, it is customary to provide a transparent coating layer such as a cover coat or top coat layer using urethane paint or acrylic paint, but even if a transparent coating layer is provided, the coating If the pattern is too visible through the film, the texture cannot be expressed. On the other hand, if a coating layer with high hiding power is provided, the pattern will not be visible and a sense of luxury and texture cannot be expressed.
Furthermore, if no transparent coating layer as described above is provided, it is simply said that there is a pattern, but no texture can be expressed at all. There were drawbacks such as: [Object of the Invention] An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative board, such as a wall material, which has the so-called texture and luxury that natural patterns such as marble and stone grain patterns have. [Disclosure of the invention] This invention forms a concealing layer on a base material, forms a pattern layer on this, and further forms a pattern layer on top of this with a total light transmittance of 25 to 70% and a straight transmittance of 10% or less. , the light reflectance is
The present invention provides a decorative board formed with a translucent layer of 30% or more. Hereinafter, description will be made based on drawings shown as examples. In the figure, 1 is a base material. The base material 1 may be either inorganic or organic, such as asbestos cement board, gypsum board, other polyester base materials,
Acrylic board etc. are used. A concealing layer 2 is formed on this base material 1. This hiding layer 2 is formed of, for example, resin-impregnated paper containing titanium oxide. A pattern layer 3 is formed on this hiding layer 2. This pattern layer 3 is made of, for example, a semi-cured sheet of unsaturated polyester resin with a printed pattern. Furthermore, a semi-transparent layer 4 is formed on this pattern layer 3. This semi-transparent layer 4 has a total light transmittance of 25 to 70%,
It is limited to optical properties with straight transmittance of 10% or less and light reflectance of 30% or more. That is, if the total light transmittance is less than 25%, the pattern cannot be perceived, and if it exceeds 70%, the pattern is too visible and the texture cannot be felt. Straight transmission rate is 10%
If it exceeds 30%, the outline of the pattern becomes too sharp, and if the light reflectance is less than 30%, the thickness of the surface material cannot be perceived by the eye and the material lacks texture. Conventional decorative laminates have been outside the above range. The above semitransparent layer 4 is formed, for example, by curing an unsaturated polyester resin mixed with a filler. For example, fillers such as clay, talc, and silica pigments can be added to the solid content of clear paints.
It is blended in a range of 2 to 6% by weight with respect to a 55% by weight solution. Within this range, the amount added is adjusted depending on the required transparency and required coating film thickness. The particle size of the filler is preferably about 1 to 5 μm, but is not limited to this. Further, the total light transmittance can be adjusted by changing the coating thickness. (Example) Asbestos cement board (manufactured by Nikko Kasei Co., Ltd.,
Use NK top board (6mmt) and acrylic emulsion (MD3, Nippon Paint) as a sealant.
Co., Ltd.) at 50 g/m 2 (solid content equivalent) and dried. Next, the same amount of the acrylic emulsion was applied as a base coat and dried. A stone-like pattern is imparted to the surface of the base coat by a transfer method, and as a top coat, an acrylic ultraviolet curable paint (90S, manufactured by Nippon Paint Co., Ltd.) is coated with a filler (silica-based fine powder pigment, manufactured by Nippon Paint Co., Ltd.). , particle size 1-5μ
m) in the proportions shown in Table 1 (wt% in terms of solid content) to prepare a top coat paint.
A decorative board was obtained by applying 80 g/m 2 (in terms of solid content) and curing. The optical characteristics of this top coat layer were measured and shown in Table 1 (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation, spectrophotometer No.
(using MPS-5000). In addition, No. 1 to 3 in the table
Nos. 4 to 7 are comparative examples (conventional examples).

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the decorative board according to the present invention includes a concealing layer formed on the base material, a pattern layer formed on this,
Furthermore, a semi-transparent layer with a total light transmittance of 25 to 70%, a straight transmittance of 10% or less, and a light reflectance of 30% or more is formed on top of this, giving it the so-called texture and luxury that natural patterns have. was able to express it.
