Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a container having poor drainage and air permeability, such as a plastic pot or planter for growing plants.
The clay pots that have been used for a long time have numerous countless holes that are porous and invisible, so that water oozes out from the side walls, air flows in, and is excellent in drainage and breathability. It is hard to rot.
On the other hand, containers such as plastic pots and planters are non-porous, so it is necessary to conserve water or to use soil with good drainage and ventilation.
Some plastic pots and planters have a double bottom structure in which a bottom plate with a removable drain hole is installed at the top of the bottom.
Containers such as plastic pots and planters are nurtured because they are non-porous and do not allow water or air to pass through them, and water tends to stagnate along the bottom side wall, resulting in poor drainage and breathability. Plants are prone to overhumidity due to excessive water and root rot.
The double bottom part between the bottom and the bottom plate is due to the small drainage holes on the bottom of the plastic bowl with double bottom structure and the small drainage holes on the bottom side and bottom of the plastic planter The air is difficult to exchange, and the effect of quickly drying the damp double bottom and the soil in the container is low. And it is not considered to be able to use the bottom plate made of different materials or made of different shapes.
Since the evaporation of water takes place only in two places, the drain hole at the bottom of the container and the top soil, it is necessary to improve the bottom part in order to improve drainage and air permeability.
In order to solve the above problem, the present invention has a plurality of forms in which a large bottom hole is made in the central portion, leaving the periphery of the side wall at the bottom of a container having poor drainage and air permeability, and passed to the bottom and the top of the bottom. Reinforcement material is provided, multiple reinforcement ribs are provided on the upper side of the bottom, feet are attached to the bottom, a plurality of drains and vents are opened in the foot, and the bottom plate is separated from the container without being integrated with a large number of drains. A bottom plate separation type container is constructed by making a hole and combining it on a reinforcing material and a reinforcing rib provided on the upper side of the bottom.
By making the bottom plate separately from the container without being integrated, the processing becomes easy and the drain holes of the entire bottom plate can be increased. Like making a hole in the center of the bottom plate and attaching a tea strainer, it becomes easy to change the shape and increase the area of soil and air that touches the bottom plate. The bottom plate can be made of other materials such as unglazed, wood, and stainless steel nets.
Since the bottom plate can be made by changing the shape, changing the shape of the drain hole, and changing the material, the container body and the bottom plate can be sold separately.
By making the size of the bottom plate a little (4 mm to 10 mm), a gap (2 mm to 5 mm) formed between the inner side wall of the container and the outer periphery of the bottom plate can be used as a drain hole. Furthermore, by opening a large number of elongated drainage grooves from the outer periphery toward the center in the outer peripheral portion of the bottom plate, the drainage performance of the portion along the side wall of the bottom plate where water is likely to stagnate can be improved. And the drainage property of the whole baseplate can be improved by increasing the drainage hole of the center part of a baseplate.
By making a large bottom hole in the center part of the bottom of the container and opening a drainage / vent in the foot part, the ventilation of the space under the bottom plate becomes easier, the air can be easily replaced, and the wet bottom plate part is dried quickly, The soil on the bottom plate can be dried quickly, the amount of air flowing into the container can be increased, and drainage and ventilation can be improved.
Therefore, the bottom part of the container is improved, and the bottom plate separation type container having improved drainage and air permeability is used, so that it is difficult to cause root decay of the plant being grown.
