Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the work clogging phenomenon by installing a lead width regulating plate onto the upper stage of a pole and reducing the width of the rail at the position in front of the plate and tilting a rail, thus discharging a defective work. CONSTITUTION:Spiral-shaped stages having a rail 2 installed are formed inside a pole 1, and a lead width regulating plate 4 having a cut part 3 is installed onto the upper stage. The plate 4 is inclined as the width of the rail 2 becomes narrower at the position in front of the plate, and works 5 can be transported one by one. Therefore, though the work 5 is pushed up in the turned-down state along the stage by the vibration of the pole 1, the defective work such as curved lead drops onto a discharging rail 7 from the cut part 3 on the plate 4, and accommodated into a stocker 8, because a slight resistance is applied at the position of the plate 4.

(Prior Art) As is well known, a parts feeder is used to select only good products from a large number of semiconductor devices. Conventionally, such parts feeders have a spiral step inside the bowl.
The workpiece (semiconductor element) is gradually pushed upward by the vibration of the sol, the lead width of the semiconductor element is regulated before the exit, and defective semiconductor elements are fed back into the ball. iJ with this structure
? - According to the feeder, there is a low probability that a defective semiconductor element will be supplied to a portion of the feeder, and the number of times workpieces will be jammed at the entrance of the feeder portion can be reduced.

However, according to the conventional workpiece feeder, defective workpieces are fed back into the pole, so that they are mixed with good workpieces and flow around many times. Therefore, the operating rate decreases. 1 fc, as it flows several times, it passes through the lead width regulation area, and a workpiece jamming phenomenon occurs at a part of the feeder entrance.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it eliminates defective workpieces from the pole at the lead width regulation area and prevents the defective workpieces from being sent to a part of the feeder. It is an object of the present invention to provide a parts feeder that can avoid a decrease in operating rate and a work jamming phenomenon.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has a spiral step in which a rail is attached within a pole. - In a notch feeder that gradually pushes up the shearwork upward along the steps by the vibration of the pole, a lead width regulating plate is provided on the step above the pole, and at a position in front of the plate. The present invention is characterized in that the width of the rail is narrowed and the rail is inclined from the plate position, so that only defective workpieces are removed from the pole at the plate position.

1 in the figure is a pole. Inside this ball 1,
A spiral step with a rail 2 attached is provided. A lead width regulating grade 4 having a cutout portion 3 is provided on the upper stage of the pole 1. Here, at the position in front of this plate 4, the width of the rail 2 is narrowed 9, and the workpieces (semiconductor elements) 5 are transferred one by one to the plate 4.
It's like going to. Further, the rail 2 is tilted at an angle θ (60i) from the location where the plate 4 is located, so that the work 5 is tilted from a sideways state. If the workpiece 5 is a good product, it flows along the inclined rail 2 toward the feeder part 6. On the other hand, if the lead of the workpiece 5 is bent or twisted and even a slight resistance is applied (in the case of a defective workpiece), the defective workpiece will spill out from the notch of the plate 4 and fall onto the ejection rail 7, and the It is carried into the cystotsuka-8 by the vibration of 1. In addition, the sol 1 in front of the feeder part 6
The workpiece 5 spilled from the siller due to any resistance.
Auxiliary to accommodate? Tux 9 is provided. The workpiece 5 that has fallen into this auxiliary box 9 is fed back into the ball 1 as it is. In addition, in Fig. 3, L(
0,7■) indicates the shortest distance between the plate 4 and the inclined rail 2 (however, the lead width is 0.5 tm).

According to the above embodiment, a lead width regulating plate 4 having a cutout portion 3 is provided in the upper step of the loop 1, which has a spiral step inside, and the lead width regulating plate 4 has a cutout portion 3, and the lead width regulating plate 4 has a notch portion 3. From this point on, the rail 2 is inclined at 60 degrees. Therefore, by vibrating the pole 1, the shearwork 5 is tilted sideways and is gradually pushed up in stages, but from the position of grade 4, only the good products are tilted at 60 degrees and the feeder part 6 sent to. On the other hand, a defective workpiece with bent leads, twisted leads, etc. will be subjected to a slight resistance at the position of the plate 4, so the notch of the plate 4 will be cut out at the portion 3.
It falls onto the removal rail 7 and is stored in the stocker 8. Therefore, unlike the conventional feeder, defective workpieces are not scattered within the feed date, so the operating rate does not decrease, and the phenomenon of workpiece jamming at the entrance of the feeder part 6 can be avoided.
