するので、一方の面の中央に凹部があるボタン以外は選
別することができなかったが、この発明はボタン外周の
上下の面取りの大きさの差を利用して表面に凹部のない
ボタンの表裏を選別できるようにすることを目的とする

裏を選別することができ、ボタン付けミシンと組合せれ
ば機械的に供給できるボタンの種類が増大するから、ボ
タン付けミシンの付加価値が高くなると共に、特に、大
きな面取りが表となっているボタンをそのまま送り出す
ことができるのでボタン付けの作業能率が向上する効果
がある。
