搬送装置によって送られてきた穀稈を脱穀処理する扱胴
3を軸架し、前記扱室2の下方位置には揺動して選別す
る揺動棚5を設け、該揺動棚5の下方位置で選別風送り
方向上手側には唐箕6を設け、該唐箕6の選別風出口に
は上下の風割11,13を設けるとともに、選別風送り
方向下手側に一番ラセン7を、さらに一番ラセン7の選
別風送り方向下手側に二番ラセン8をそれぞれ設けた脱
穀装置1で、前記揺動棚5には、その移送棚5aとチャ
フシーブ5bとの間に空間部12及び、チャフシーブ5
bの下方に位置する揺動網5eの前側部に位置するガイ
ド体14をそれぞれ設け、前記唐箕6から起風され、且
つ、ケーシング10と上側の風割11との間の選別風路
W0から吹き出す選別風の出口部において、選別風の流
れ方向のケーシング10の終端部10aと、風割11の
終端部11bとを、流れ方向において略同じ位置になる
ように対向配置し、上側の風割11とガイド体14との
間には間隙Aを設け、ガイド体14の上部には前記選別
風路W0から吹き出す選別風を後方ほど上方に向けて案
内する上部面14bを設けたことを特徴とする脱穀機の
風選装置。
