Claims (1)
- 検出部で検出した出力電圧に比例する帰還電圧
と基準電圧部で発生する基準電圧とを比較部で比
較し、その差信号で制御用トランジスタを制御す
る帰還安定化回路に構成されたシリーズレギユレ
ータにおいて、ＰＮＰ形トランジスタを、前記制
御用トランジスタに用いたことを特徴とするシリ
ーズレギユレータ。
