。[Prior art] -a. In heat exchange equipment such as boilers, scale and dirt tend to adhere to the outer surface of heat exchanger tubes during operation, and there is particularly a lot of scale that adheres to the outer surface of heat exchanger tubes on the boiler furnace side. As a result, not only is this a bad phenomenon in which the thermal efficiency is lowered and the output is lowered, but also the adhesion of scale and dirt causes corrosion of the base material of the heat exchanger tubes, so they are periodically cleaned and removed.

In the case of heat exchanger tubes, it is difficult to clean between the tubes that are arranged side by side, and as time passes, the amount of deposits that cannot be removed gradually increases. , a person enters the furnace and performs high-pressure water shared cleaning using a manual spray gun.
Alternatively, it may be necessary to remove the tubes using a scrubber, etc., and this manual removal method is not only cumbersome to handle, but also difficult to insert cleaning tools into the gaps between many heat transfer tubes in close proximity, resulting in problems with workability, safety, etc. . In particular, as heat exchangers have become larger, there has been the inconvenience that not only does it take too much time and effort on site, but cleaning is done by workers, which reduces work efficiency and makes it impossible to improve the cleaning effect to a large extent.

にしである。Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to examples in FIGS. 1 to 3. The outer surface of the heat exchanger tubes is brought into contact with and rubbed on a partitioning body 1 that partitions a space S between each of a large number of heat exchanger tubes A arranged at intervals. A brush 2 is installed and the partition body 1 is disposed on an outer frame 3 that reciprocates in parallel with the heat exchanger tube A to serve as a heat exchanger tube cleaning tool. In this case, the partitioning body 1 is a comb-shaped partitioning body that partitions at least a part of the outer periphery of each heat exchanger tube, and has a large number of parallel recesses 4 surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the heat exchanger tube on three sides. ,
Brushes are installed protrudingly on the inner peripheral surface of the recess 4 (Fig. 2 A, B, and C), or corrugated brush mounting plates are installed between the heat exchanger tubes A to connect the heat exchanger tubes A in parallel. (Fig. 2D), or a brush mounting plate is framed in a lattice pattern, and brushes are installed on both sides of the mounting plate from all four sides of the outer surface of the heat exchanger tube. It is constructed with protruding scrubbing brushes (FIG. 3) to remove all deposits on the outer surface of the heat exchanger tubes arranged in large numbers in the heat exchanger at once.

A large number of brush mounting plate compartments 1 are provided on the outer frame 3 in a removable manner, and the outer frame 3 is provided with staggered or lattice shapes as shown in FIGS. For example, the outer frame 3 may be any device for attaching the compartment 1 with the brush 2, and should be configured to be removable so that the brush 2 can be easily placed. and partition body 1
The width W is the interval between row A of heat transfer tubes! If it is larger, it may be installed in a staggered manner as shown in FIG. 3A, and if W≦l, it may be installed in an array as shown in FIG. 3B. They are installed in the outer frame 3 so that they can be arranged in a single row or in multiple rows.
