すパターン図、第２図は圧電素子エレメントの断
面図である。第３図Ａ，Ｂは従来の圧電式ＰＣＭ
音響変換器を示し、Ａは断面図、Ｂは分割電極の
面積比を模式的に表わした平面図である。 １〜５：分割電極、１１：圧電素子、１２，１
３：電極、１４：絶縁体、１５：共通電極、１６
：保護シート。
