Claims (1)
- 圧電基板上に配置された入出力トランスジユー
サからなる複数の弾性表面波フイルタの各入力ト
ランスジユーサあるいは出力トランスジユーサを
電気的に直列または並列に接続した弾性表面波分
波器において、前記各弾性表面波フイルタの入力
トランスジユーサおよび出力トランスジユーサ間
の表面波伝搬距離が全て同一の長さとなつたもの
であることを特徴とする弾性表面波分波器。
