図解図である。 図において、１０は電気音響コンボルバ、１２
は圧電体基板、１４ａおよび１４ｂは入力側イン
タデイジタル電極を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電体基板と、前記圧電体基板の一方主面上の
    両端側に形成され、入力電気信号を弾性表面波に
    交換するための入力側インタデイジタル電極とを
    含む電気音響コンボルバであつて、 前記入力側インタデイジタル電極のうち少なく
    とも１つは１方向性トランスデユーサで構成され
    る、電気音響コンボルバ。
