状態に配置した、静磁波装置。 ２ 矩形状のフエリ磁性基体、および 前記フエリ磁性基体上に間隔を隔てて形成され
る入出力用トランスデユーサを含み、 前記入出力用トランスデユーサの少なくとも一
方を前記フエリ磁性基体の長手方向における端部
と非平行状態に配置した、静磁波装置。
