Claims (1)
- 高周波電源装置と加熱コイルとの間に設けられ
た整合変圧器の中性点を接地し、この接地回路に
変流器を取付け、この変流器の２次側を直流変換
回路を介して、検出電流値と設定電流値とを比較
判定する検出回路に接続すると共に、この検出回
路の出力接点にて電源遮断回路を作動させること
を特徴とする高周波誘導加熱装置の接地検出回路
。
