- ３相交流電源に３相整流回路、インバータ、高
周波トランス、コツククロフト回路を順に接続し
た直流高圧電源において、最下段直流コラムコン
デンサより電圧を検出し、クローズドループで電
圧制御することを特徴とする出力電圧制御装置。
