Conventionally, in a fabric press machine that transfers fabric by sandwiching it between a pair of endless belts, heats it with a heater during the transfer route, and pressurizes it with a pressurizing body, for example, as shown in Fig. 4, a driving body ( (not shown) and is rotatably supported around a fixed axis;
An endless belt A is tensioned in the moving direction between driven rollers 2 and 3 that are rotatably supported around an axis parallel to the axis of the motor, and is placed outside the rollers 1 and 2. An endless belt B is moved between a drive roller 4 supported rotatably around an axis parallel to the drive roller in conjunction with the drive roller 4, and a driven roller 5 supported rotatably around an axis parallel to the drive roller 5. The belts A and B are tensioned in the direction of the drive roller 1,
4, the outer surfaces are joined between rollers 1 and 2, and the cloth is sandwiched between them so that it can be transferred in one direction (toward the right in Figure 4), and the cloth is transferred in the space surrounded by belt A. Press roller 7 in a space heated by heater section 6 and surrounded by belt B
The belts A and B are clamped between the belt and the drive roller 1, and the cloth between the belts A and B is pressed. By the way, belts A and B are stretched across each roller so as to be tensioned, but since they are made of a flexible material such as Teflon, there are wrinkles in the longitudinal direction (movement direction) in the middle part between each roller (Figure 6). Belt B in contact with press roller 2
Since the press roller 2 is driven by the belt B, the sag wrinkles become sag b at the front in the moving direction due to the frictional resistance between the press roller 2 and the belt B.
For this reason, the cloth between belts A and B also has slack w, and this slack w becomes vertical wrinkles along the feeding direction when it is pinched between rollers 1 and 2, and press processing is performed to remove these vertical wrinkles. This requires a complicated work to smooth out the wrinkles using an iron or the like afterwards, resulting in a drawback that significantly reduces work efficiency.In addition, when this press machine is for bonding fabric and interlining with adhesive, Because only one of the fabrics or the interlining was bond-pressed with wrinkles, the product was rejected and unusable, creating a very important drawback that wasted material and wasted cost.

The press roller 7 is rotatable around an axis parallel to the drive roller 1 and supported movably in a direction toward and away from the outer peripheral surface of the roller 1, and is always subjected to an elastic force that presses against the press roller 7.

A control roller 8 is disposed in front of the press roller 7 in the direction of movement of the belt B. The control roller 8 is supported so as to be rotatable about an axis parallel to the axis of the drive roller 1. The control roller 8 has a lug shape with a smaller diameter at the middle part in the axial direction than at both ends, and is always in pressure contact with the belt B.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and the belts A and B are transferred to the right in FIG. 1 with their outer end surfaces joined between the rollers 1 and 2, and the control roller 8 When the control roller 8 comes into contact with the belt B, the control roller 8
rotates due to frictional engagement with belt B, but since both ends in the axial direction have a larger diameter than the middle part, the angular velocity of both ends becomes faster than that of the middle part, and belt B is pulled in both directions, causing the longitudinal direction of belt B Sag along the direction is removed. As a result, no slack b occurs in the belt B, so that the cloth and interlining between the belts A and B are fed between the press roller 7 and the drive roller 1 and pressurized without wrinkles.

Further, in this embodiment, the control roller 8 is arranged only inside the belt B, but it may be arranged separately inside both the belts A and B, separated from each other in the moving direction. .

As described above, according to this invention, it is possible to engage the inner end surface of the belt so as to apply an acting force to the pressure means in the direction of pushing both ends of the belt outward in the direction of movement of the belt. By providing the control body 8, it is possible to eliminate slack in the belt along the moving direction before applying pressure, and a beautiful pressed finish without wrinkles can be obtained.
This has the effect of significantly improving work efficiency by eliminating the need for work such as removing wrinkles after press processing, and also allows for a clean, wrinkle-free adhesive press finish even with interlining adhesive press machines, reducing wasted material. This provides significant economic effects such as preventing cost wastage.
