Conventionally, decorative veneers with decorative veneer surfaces have been preferred because they have wood grains and the like on their surfaces and are very similar to natural precious wood. However, the surface is flat and has little variation, so it is somewhat lacking. In order to solve this problem, so-called "meshikari" has been used, in which long and thin plates are pasted on the surface in parallel with a little space between them, but this method only increases the number of steps. It is also expensive.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of a corrugated decorative board according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, this corrugated decorative board is made up of a decorative veneer 5 formed into a corrugated shape and fixed to a flat core material 6. The decorative veneer 5 formed into a corrugated shape is configured such that the top of the corrugated convex portion on the back side thereof is flat. In the figure, L represents the flat part of the top.

Decorated veneers are obtained by well-known methods. For example, material veneers such as rotary veneers obtained by rotary slicing raw wood are degreased, bleached, and dyed as necessary, and then laminated with an adhesive to create a gold plate with irregularities on the mold surface. For example, a composite frit is obtained by heat-pressing using a mold, and the frit is sliced. It may be printed on the surface, or it may be covered with printed paper or film.

There is no particular limitation on the method of forming the decorative veneer into a corrugated shape. For example, pressing is performed using a mold with a corrugated mold surface. The pitch of the ridgeline of the wave is
Large ones range from tens of millimeters to small ones several millimeters or smaller. Moreover, the height of the large one is several millimeters or more, and the small one is one millimeter or less. Therefore, waves may be large undulations, small undulations or simply wrinkles, or a combination of these. The ridgelines of waves are not necessarily aligned in one direction. for example,
The direction of the ridgeline may be bent and changed here and there. It may appear undulating when viewed from a flat surface. In order to make the top of the waveform convex portion on the back surface flat, for example, the portion of the mold surface that forms the top may be made flat. In the corrugated decorative veneer thus obtained, the thickness of the flat portion L is thinner than the thickness of the other portions.

As the core material, as shown in the figure, a core material formed by forming a thin material such as paper into a honeycomb shape is used. In this way, if a honeycomb-shaped core material is used as the core material, it will not only be lightweight, but also have excellent heat insulation and sound insulation properties. It is better to bond a thin flat plate to the back side of the honeycomb core material.

To obtain the corrugated decorative board shown in FIG. 4, proceed as follows. That is, the corrugated decorative veneer 5 and the core material 6
This is obtained by arranging the and back plate 7 as shown in FIG. 5, overlapping them as shown in FIG. 6 with an adhesive interposed between them, and bonding and fixing them.

By the way, if the decorative veneer is simply formed into a corrugated shape and then adhered to the core material, as shown in Figure 1,
Since the top of the corrugated convex portion on the back surface of the decorative veneer 1 is only in line contact with the core material 2, the adhesive strength is weakened. In particular, when a honeycomb-shaped core material is used as the core material, the number of adhesive parts between the corrugated decorative veneer 1 and the core material 2 is reduced, and the adhesive force becomes weak.

On the other hand, the corrugated decorative board according to the present invention,
The decorative veneer 5 formed into a corrugated shape is made so that the top of the corrugated convex portion on the back side thereof is flat. Therefore, the contact area with the core material 6 is increased, and the adhesive strength is increased. Furthermore, joining has become easier. Therefore, when adhering to the core material,
It is also possible to reduce the amount of adhesive and pressure applied. In addition, since the top can be flattened at the same time as the waveform is formed, the process and cost are reduced.

In addition, in order to increase the adhesive force between the decorative veneer and the core material, the following can be considered. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, a decorative veneer 1 and a core material 2
By interposing the cushion material 3 between the cushion material 3, adhering the cushion material 3 to the surface of the core material 2, and adhering the corrugated decorative veneer 1 to the surface of the cushion material 3, the adhesion area is increased. Try to increase the adhesive strength. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, a foaming material 4 is injected and foamed between the two 1 and 2 to increase adhesive strength. However, both of the above two methods require large amounts of materials and steps.

On the other hand, the corrugated decorative board according to the present invention,
Adhesive strength is increased without intervening other materials between the corrugated decorative veneer and the core material. Therefore, there is no fear that materials, processes, etc. will be bulky. Furthermore, a space 8 is left between the corrugated decorative veneer and the core material, and this space 8 also has the effect of increasing heat insulation and soundproofing properties.

As explained above, the corrugated decorative board according to the present invention has a corrugated decorative veneer fixed to the surface of a flat core material, so that the surface of the decorative board has a rich natural feel. Represented by wood grain etc.
Not only is it beautiful, but it also has a lot of three-dimensional changes due to the waveform. Moreover, since the core material is made of a honeycomb-shaped core material, it is lightweight and has excellent heat insulation and sound insulation properties. Furthermore, the core material and the decorative veneer are fixed together by making the top of the convex part on the back side of the decorative veneer flat and gluing this flat part to the core material. High adhesive strength with the board.
