Conventionally, a flash panel whose face material is a molded decorative board made of veneers has been made in the following manner. That is, for example, a laminated veneer is formed into an uneven wave shape, and then the molded decorative board is placed on a table 1 via the crosspiece 2 in the state shown in FIG. 1 until the moisture content of the obtained molded decorative board becomes stable. Boards 3 were placed and stacked for curing. After curing, this molded decorative board was used as a surface material and combined with a core material and a back material to form a flash panel.

Conventionally, flash panels were manufactured in this way, which took a long time to complete. During curing, a warp 5 occurs in the flat portions 4 at both ends of the molded decorative board 3 as shown in Figure 2, and this warp makes joining work extremely difficult when combining with other members. If the warp is extreme, However, there was also the problem that peeling occurred at warped parts after composite formation.

In obtaining a flash panel using a molded decorative board having an uneven surface as a surface material, a frame material is placed around the uneven surface of a mold, and a laminated veneer as a surface material is simultaneously formed. This laminated veneer is adhesively fixed to the frame material, and the molded decorative board with frame obtained after molding is cured until its moisture content becomes stable, and then the backing material is adhesively fixed to the frame material. The gist is the manufacturing method for flash panels. Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 5 shows the cured state of the molded decorative laminate, Figure 6 shows the state of the molded decorative laminate before the edges are cut, and Figure 7 shows the state of the molded decorative laminate after the edges are cut. The figure is a side sectional view of a flash panel obtained using a molded decorative board. As shown in FIG. 3, first, an upper mold 6 and a lower mold 7 having an uneven and corrugated shape are prepared, and a frame member 8 is placed around the lower mold 7. A plurality of decorative veneers are laminated on this frame material 8 via an adhesive. Note that the adhesive 10 is also applied in advance to the surface of the frame material 8 that will come into contact with the laminate 9 after placement. In this state, lower the upper mold 6 in the direction of the arrow,
As shown in FIG. 4, compression molding is performed using upper and lower molds 6.7. As a result, a molded decorative board 12a having a wavy portion near the center, adhesively fixed to the frame material 8 near both ends, and a flat portion 11 is obtained.

After curing, the molded decorative board 12a is taken out and the unnecessary parts 13 at both ends protruding from the frame material 8 are cut off from the positions of the arrows in FIG. 6 to obtain the molded decorative board 12b as shown in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, this molded decorative board 12b is used as a surface material 14, and a feather core material 15 and a back surface material 16 are placed on the back side.
The flash panel 17 is obtained by gluing and fixing.

In addition, in this invention, when forming a laminated veneer, if a veneer with a length that takes into account the dimensional change after forming is used, unnecessary parts protruding from the frame material of the molded decorative veneer can be cut. Not necessarily necessary. Alternatively, the feather core material and the backing material may be adhesively fixed to the molded decorative board, and the flash panel may be formed and then cut. In short, the cutting and its procedure are not particularly limited as long as it is easy to perform the work.

The method for producing a flash panel of the present invention is that when obtaining a flash panel using a molded decorative board having an uneven surface as a surface material, a frame material is placed around the uneven surface of a mold, and a laminated film serving as a surface material is At the same time as the board is formed, this laminated veneer is adhesively fixed to the frame material, and the molded decorative board with frame obtained after forming is
After curing until the moisture content becomes stable, the backing material is bonded to the frame material, so the flat portions at both ends of the molded decorative board are adhesively fixed to the frame material at the same time as the decorative board is formed. Therefore, even if the molded decorative board is cured for a long time, the flat portion will not warp. Moreover, the frame material can be used as a crosspiece material for laminating and curing decorative boards. In addition, the installation of the frame material necessary for flush paneling is
There is also a process-saving effect as it can be done at the same time as forming the decorative board.
