〔技術分野〕
この発明は、主として建材などとして用いられる凹凸木

。しかし、直交単板は、木目の繊維方向が曲げ方向に対
して抵抗が大となるように作用するので、成形圧力を大
きくするだけでなく、スプリングバックにより単板間に
接着不良を生じさせ易い。このため、表面が平滑に仕上
がりにくくなり、かつ細かい凹凸形状表現が困難であっ

木質化粧板の製法をその要旨としている。以下に、これ

d)でも成形が可能となり、かつ単板間に接着不良を生
じない。したがって、得られる凹凸木質化粧板は、表面
がなめらかに美しく仕上がるようになる。しかも、凹凸
形状が細かく複雑なものであっても容易に形成すること
