Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composite flooring having a medium fiberboard (MDF) as a surface layer and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Medium density fiberboard (MDF) (hereinafter simply referred to as medium density fiberboard) is formed by adding an adhesive to the extracted wood fiber and molding and hot pressing it with a density of 0.35 g / cm3 or more and less than 0.8 g / cm3. This medium fiberboard has good homogeneity due to its fineness and smoothness, and inherits the characteristics of the extracted wood fiber and is excellent in wear resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, and cold resistance. As a surface layer, a composite board is known that adheres to a coniferous or hardwood plywood. Then, a room-temperature curable adhesive is used as a method for adhering the medium fiberboard and plywood (conifers and hardwoods).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, the composite plywood with the above-mentioned medium fiberboard as the surface layer has a greater elasticity than the softwood or hardwood plywood, so when it is used as a flooring, warpage occurs in the longitudinal and width directions. There are many practical problems. Conventionally, a room-temperature curable adhesive is used for the purpose of eliminating plate warpage. However, it takes time to cure and the efficiency is low, and the plate warpage due to change with time is also a serious problem.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and to provide a sheet having a small warp and a surface having a slightly curved surface even if a plate warp occurs.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Provided with a composite board of plywood (including coniferous and hardwood composites) with a medium fiberboard as the surface layer, and processed male ridges, female ridges, etc. on the small edge surface , longitudinal size 900mm-2420mm, width direction size In a composite flooring of 76 mm to 303 mm and a thickness direction size of 7.0 mm to 18.0 mm with a medium fiberboard as a surface layer, single plates provided from coniferous trees or hardwoods are laminated with their fiber directions orthogonal to each other. In addition, at least 2/3 or more of the laminated single plates are in a composite flooring having a medium fiber board as a surface layer, wherein each wood back side is laminated toward the medium fiber board.
[0006]
Laminate a single fiberboard made of softwood or hardwood on the surface layer, and combine the fiber directions in the orthogonal direction, and laminate at least 2/3 of the laminated veneers, A medium-sized fiber characterized by forming a composite flooring having a longitudinal size of 900 mm to 2420 mm, a width direction size of 76 mm to 303 mm, and a thickness direction size of 7.0 mm to 18.0 mm by being laminated toward the fiberboard It exists in the manufacturing method of the composite flooring which uses a board as a surface layer .
[0007]
It is good also as a manufacturing method which makes the moisture content management of a product, and adhere | attaches a medium fiber board and a plywood part with a thermosetting adhesive.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In a medium fiberboard composite flooring that has a medium fiberboard as a surface layer, a composite board with conifers or hardwoods, and processed male ridges, female ridges, etc. on the small edge surface, each single board provided on the conifers or broadleaf trees is mutually The fiber directions are laminated in the orthogonal direction, and at least 2/3 or more of the laminated veneers are laminated with the wood back side facing the medium fiber board and on the surface of the medium fiber board. A composite flooring with a medium-sized fiberboard as a surface layer, which is formed by laminating decorative veneers.

Hereinafter, the composite flooring having the middle fiberboard of the present invention as a surface layer will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the composite flooring 1 having the middle fiberboard of the present invention as a surface layer. The upper layer is composed of a decorative veneer 2 such as natural wood, a medium-quality fiberboard 3, and softwood veneers 4, 5, 6, and 7.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, each of the above layers is composed of a medium fiber board 3 and a softwood veneer 4, 5, 6 and 7 which are combined with each other in the orthogonal direction as shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the wood back side of each single plate is arranged toward the medium fiberboard 3 and laminated and bonded.
[0011]
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing this manufacturing process. A thermosetting adhesive 10 is applied and laminated on both surfaces of the softwood veneer 4 and the softwood veneer 6, and these are heat-pressed and bonded.
[0012]
Although the said Example proposed what adhered the decorative veneer 2 of natural wood etc. to the surface of the medium-sized fiberboard 3 of the surface layer, although not shown in figure, vinyl chloride or other synthetic resin films, sheets, or plates are used. It may be by surface processing to be bonded, or may be by spraying or painting by other processing means.
[0013]
When the synthetic fiber film or the synthetic resin plate is bonded to the middle fiberboard 3 by coating or spraying paint or by other processing means, the softwood veneer 4, 5, 6, 7 is used. This may be done after bonding the plywood.
[0014]
FIG. 6 is a side view showing a second embodiment, which is completed by bonding a plywood portion 9b in which the softwood veneers 4, 5, 6 are laminated. In this case, the softwood veneers 4, 5, 6 are arranged such that the directions of the fibers are combined with each other in the orthogonal direction and the back side of each veneer is directed toward the medium fiberboard 3.
[0015]
FIG. 7 is a side view showing a third embodiment, which is completed by bonding a plywood portion 9c in which the softwood veneers 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are laminated. At this time, the conifer veneers 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are arranged such that the respective veneers are combined with the directions of the fibers orthogonal to each other, and the back side of each veneer is directed toward the medium fiber veneer 3. ing. Then, the veneer veneer 2 such as natural wood is bonded to the surface of the medium-sized fiberboard 3 of the surface layer, further cut into a required width and length, and processed into a male ridge, a female ridge, etc. It is completed by coloring and painting the surface.
[0016]
A thermosetting adhesive is used for bonding the laminated single plate placed on the plywood part 9b and the plywood part 9c and the medium fiber board 3.
[0017]
Thus, as described above, the thickness of the medium fiberboard 3, the thickness of the softwood veneer or hardwood veneer constituting the plywood portion, and the number of stacked layers thereof are appropriately changed, and the medium fiberboard and the plywood are thermoset. Are further cut into required widths and lengths, and male ridges, female ridges and the like are processed on the small edge surface to produce a composite flooring of the following size.
[0018]
Size (mm)
Longitudinal direction 900, 1800, 2420, etc. Width direction 76, 90, 150, 303, etc. Thickness 7.0, 9.0, 12.0, 15.0, 18.0, etc.
【The invention's effect】
The composite flooring having the medium fiberboard as the surface layer and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are as described above, and the plywood portion is the wood back side of the single plate and at least 2/3 or more of the component single plate is the medium fiberboard Therefore, the medium fiberboard and the plywood can be firmly bonded as a whole, and a composite flooring with little change with time can be provided.
[0020]
Also, the plywood part as a whole has a curved surface on the back side of the wood, and from the relationship with the medium fiber board, the composite flooring shrinks the medium fiber board as a whole and conversely slightly curves on the back side. There is an action to make the surface, and the horizontal surface on the surface side is maintained, or it is slightly deformed into a convex curved surface, and there is no problem in practical use, and a good flooring surface is maintained for a long time.
[0021]
Conventionally, since a room temperature curing type adhesive has been used for the purpose of eliminating plate warpage, it takes a long time to cure, and the efficiency is poor, and the plate warpage due to change with time has been a serious problem. However, according to the present invention, a thermosetting adhesive is applied and laminated on the medium fiberboard and the plywood part, and this is heated and bonded, so that it can be cured in a short time, shortening the working time, Productivity can be significantly increased. Further, the moisture content of the product can be controlled by setting the heating press temperature and time, and the change with time can be reduced.
[0022]
Therefore, coniferous trees with a high-quality homogeneity of smoothness and smoothness and a medium-grade fiberboard that inherits the characteristics of wood fibers and has high functions such as wear resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, and cold resistance on the surface. Alternatively, it is possible to provide a durable composite flooring that exhibits the excellent characteristics of the plywood portion of the hardwood wood fiber as it is, and has no deformation such as board warpage.
