(b) Press forming method using a textured plate or textured roll: Since the surface of the base material is pressed to form the textured pattern, the base material is destroyed, so there is a limit to the depth of the texture, and the mold cost is high. is expensive.

(b) Shot blasting method in which a punched pattern plate is placed on the surface and excavated with abrasive grains; the depth that can be excavated changes due to local variations in the amount and shape of abrasive grains or the hardness of the substrate. It is difficult to obtain a stable unevenness depth, the work is complicated, and the punched pattern board is seriously damaged.

(e) Method of pasting together members of a predetermined shape; in the case of complex patterns, it is necessary to paste a large number of processed parts, which is troublesome, requires a large number of pasting operations, takes time to align the pasting positions, and is difficult to position. Precision is required for alignment, and adhesive oozes out when pasting.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and focuses on using router processing, which can form unevenness to any depth and has excellent expressive power among the above conventional methods, and improves productivity. The purpose is to make it possible to manufacture a three-dimensional decorative board with a rich unevenness with good productivity by making improvements.

In order to achieve this object, in the present invention, after applying an adhesive to the surface of the substrate and laminating and bonding the top plate through the decorative sheet, a router is installed at the boundary between the decorative sheet and the substrate or at a position on the decorative sheet surface. Cutting is performed at a cutting depth that reaches the surface of the decorative sheet from the surface plate side, and the portion of the surface plate that is not adhered to the substrate due to the interposition of the decorative sheet is separated and removed. A convex pattern is formed on the surface of the substrate by the surface plate portion.

First, as shown in FIG. and a decorative sheet 3 having a shape and size (in the figure, a rectangle one size smaller than the rectangle of the substrate 1) corresponding to the planar shape of the concave pattern portion of the desired concavo-convex pattern. The materials of the substrate 1 and the surface plate 2 are not particularly limited, and include wood-based materials such as wood boards, plywood, soft fiberboards, semi-rigid fiberboards, hard fiberboards, and particle boards, and inorganic materials such as rock wool boards and gypsum boards. Various types of board materials can be used.

Then, as shown in Figure b, after applying the adhesive 4 to the entire surface of the substrate 1, the decorative sheet 3 is applied to a predetermined position corresponding to the position of the concave pattern on the surface of the substrate 1, that is, at the center of the substrate 1. The surface plate 2 is laminated and bonded on top of the adhesive. Here, the surface plate 2 is not attached to the decorative sheet 3, but is attached to the substrate 1 with adhesive 4 applied to the surface of the substrate 1 other than the area where the decorative sheet 3 is attached. There is.

After that, the substrate 1 with the decorative sheet 3 interposed therebetween
As shown in FIG. Cutting is performed at a cutting depth that reaches three surfaces of the decorative sheet. As a result, the surface plate portion 2a adhered to the substrate 1 and the surface plate portion 2b not adhered to the substrate 1 due to the interposition of the decorative sheet 3 are separated, and this non-adhesive surface plate portion 2b As shown in FIG. d, a three-dimensional decorative board 6 having a concavo-convex pattern, for example, in the shape of a frame, in which a convex pattern is formed on the surface of the substrate 1 by the adhesive surface plate portion 2a, as shown in FIG. d, is obtained.

The three-dimensional decorative board 6 thus obtained has an uneven pattern with a depth of unevenness corresponding to the thickness of the surface plate 2, and is rich in unevenness. Further, by using the surface plate 2 having different thicknesses, it is possible to easily form irregularities with arbitrary depths.

Further, the formation of the above-mentioned uneven pattern can be achieved by cutting with a router along the boundary between the decorative sheet 3 and the substrate 1 or a position on the surface of the decorative sheet 3, that is, along the boundary between the convex pattern and the concave pattern. Since it is not necessary to cut the entire pattern with a router, the cutting time is short and the pattern can be formed with high productivity.

Furthermore, since the above-mentioned uneven pattern is formed by router cutting with the intervention of the decorative sheet 3, the desired pattern can be easily formed by taking advantage of the excellent expressiveness of router cutting. Since the decorative sheet 3 is decorated with a desired pattern, a three-dimensional decorative board 6 with rich design can be obtained at low cost.

In addition, it is also possible to take advantage of the advantages of a composite material, such as by using a material with nail-retaining strength for the substrate 1 and using a material with good workability for the surface plate 2.

In addition, in the above embodiment, an example was shown in which one decorative sheet 3 was arranged in the center of the substrate 1, but in addition to this,
A plurality of decorative sheets may be attached to a substrate and router cutting may be performed in the same manner as in the above embodiment. In this case, a plurality of uneven patterns can be obtained, and a three-dimensional decorative board with richer design can be obtained. becomes possible.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to produce a three-dimensional decorative board with high productivity and low cost, which is rich in unevenness and design, and has the advantages of a composite material, and it is possible to increase the variety of three-dimensional decorative boards, It can immediately respond to demands for higher quality and lower prices.
