この発明は化粧板を芯材に貼着してなる化粧板

貼着して化粧板を製造する場合、ラミネート化粧
板の貼着面に予めV溝を切削形成し、ついで芯材
をラミネート化粧板に合せ貼着する方法が採用さ
れている。しかし、その場合、芯材と化粧板との
組合せ精度、さらに芯材および化粧板の切削によ
る寸法誤差のため第1図に示す如く、芯材1と化
粧板2との間に隙間3が生ずるおそれがあり、こ
のように隙間を完全に回避するように接着作業を

ボード、MDF等)11bに貼着したものである。
また芯材12は木製合板、チツプボード等からな
り、断面四角形状のものに限らず任意の多角形

(図示しない)を上方から吹き付け、ついで赤外
線ランプ、温風機等により適当に加熱乾燥したの
ち、たとえばローラプレス(図示しない)を用い
てV溝13部分を直角に折曲し、化粧板11を芯
材12両側面に接着させる。さらに第5図に示す
ように、V溝13′を同様にしてさらに90゜折曲し
芯材12上面に化粧板11を貼着する。最後にス
プリングプレス(図示しない)を用いてプレス固

材において芯材と化粧板との間に隙間が生ずるお
それがない。さらに本発明の方法によれば、従来
の如く、折曲用V溝と芯材との位置合せをいちい
ちおこなう必要がないので化粧材製造の一貫作業
が容易となり、製造能率の向上が図られ、それに

Claims (1)
