Figure 1 shows a conventional device of this kind. In the figure, 1 is a wall that separates the indoor and outdoor areas, 2 is an indoor unit, and 3 is a wall that takes in combustion air from outside and discharges combustion waste gas outside. Supply/exhaust blower,
4 is a heating combustor in the unit; 5 is an air supply/exhaust pipe that communicates with this combustor via the blower 3 and has its tip protruded outdoors; 6 is installed in the indoor unit for indoor air circulation as described below. A refrigerant evaporator for indoor cooling that shares the air blower, 7 is the unit 2 above.
8 is a cooling/heating operation control device; 9 is an indoor temperature sensor connected to this device; an outdoor unit for cooling, 11 a refrigerant supply pipe for sending refrigerant from this unit to the evaporator 6 in the indoor unit; 12;
Similarly, 13 is a refrigerant return pipe, and 13 is an outside air temperature detector for sending a predetermined control signal to the control device 8 to control the cooling operation.

In the above configuration, during heating operation, the blower 3
Combustion air is taken in from outside through the intake and exhaust pipes 5, fuel such as gas or oil is burned in the combustor 4, and the waste gas is passed through the blower 3 and the intake and exhaust pipes 5.
Exhaust to the outside through. On the other hand, air heated by heat exchange on the surface of the combustor 4 by the indoor air circulation blower 7 is sent into the room. During this operation, the room temperature is detected by the indoor temperature detector 9, and the heating operation is turned on at a preset indoor temperature.
It is turned off to maintain a constant indoor temperature.

Also, during cooling operation, the refrigerant condensed by the outdoor unit 10 passes through the refrigerant supply pipe 11 and enters the evaporator 6 in the indoor unit 2, where it evaporates and the cooled air is used for indoor circulation. Blower 7
Send it indoors. The refrigerant vaporized in the evaporator 6 then passes through the refrigerant return pipe 12 to the outdoor unit 1.
Returned to 0. During this cooling operation, in order to keep the indoor temperature within a comfortable range, the indoor and outdoor temperatures are detected by the indoor temperature detector 9 and the outdoor temperature detector 13, so that the indoor temperature is always, for example, 4° below the outside temperature.
The air conditioner is turned on and off so that the temperature drops to about 30°F.

The device having the above configuration has the inconvenience that the indoor temperature sensor 9 must be brought out indoors, and the outdoor temperature sensor 13 must be brought out through the wall 1 and attached to a predetermined location on the outdoor unit 10, for example.

The present invention is designed to eliminate this inconvenience, and an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention shown in FIG. 2 will be described below. That is, in FIG. 2, the same parts as those in FIG. The other features are the same as the conventional case shown in FIG. 1.

Therefore, when performing cooling operation with the apparatus of the present invention shown in FIG. 2, the combustor 4 is not operated and only the blower 3 is rotated to draw in outside air through the intake and exhaust pipes 5, for example, while ventilating the interior. The outside air temperature detector 14 detects the intake outside air temperature, while the indoor temperature sensor 9 detects the room temperature, and the cooling operation is performed so that the indoor temperature is always about 4°C lower than the outdoor temperature at this time. It controls ON-OFF.

In addition, during cooling operation, the outside air temperature is detected by the outside air temperature sensor 14 in the blower 3 and controlled as in the conventional case, or if necessary, the combustor 4 can be operated only based on room temperature regardless of the outside air temperature. ON―
Turn off. Furthermore, when a variable combustion amount combustor is used, it is also possible to employ a control method that appropriately changes the combustion amount depending on the amount of outside air supplied from the blower and the temperature.

Since the air conditioning system of the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to detect the outside air temperature not only when the indoor air is ventilated during heating, but also when the outside air temperature is ventilated during cooling. In addition, unlike conventional models, there is no need to take the temperature sensor outside the room, and this eliminates detection errors due to the installation position of the sensor or the effects of direct sunlight. It also has advantages.
