Claims (1)
- 被測定磁束を検出するピツクアツプコイルと、
このピツクアツプコイルに接続され、このコイル
とともに超伝導閉ループを形成するインプツトコ
イルと、このインプツトコイルに結合する超伝導
リングを含んで構成されるＤＣ―スクイド磁束計
において、前記超伝導リングは略８字状に形成す
るとともに、この超伝導リングの一枚に差動的に
インプツトコイルを形成し、前記超伝導リングを
絶縁膜を挟んで交互に積層し、前記超伝導リング
を並列に接続し、前記超伝導リングの一つに２つ
のジヨセフソン接合部を有するように構成したこ
とを特徴とするＤＣ―スクイツド磁束計。
