- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第1フレキシブル基板4の表面に一定間隔Wを
有して隣接する一対の第1、第2電極素子7,8
をマトリツクス状に配設し、かつ各一対の第1、
第2電極素子7,8において縦列の第1電極素子
7を共通に縦列導電材12を介して接続し、かつ
横列の第2電極素子8を共通に横列導電材13を
介して接続し、 上記第1フレキシブル基板4の表面にさらに加
圧導電部材11を配設し、この加圧導電部材11
の表面側に、上記各一対の第1、第2電極素子7
,8毎に対向する共通電極6を設け、この共通電
極6の表面を第2フレキシブル基板5で被うよう
にしたことを特徴とする圧力分布測定装置。
