Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 機器部材の組立寸法を計測し、計測信号を発
信する計測用センサと、前記計測信号を処理する
プロセツサとを備え、前記プロセツサは、計測信
号から計測寸法値を算出する信号処理装置と、設
定値および公差値に対する計測寸法値の偏差を比
較演算し計測寸法値の合否を判定する演算処理判
定装置と、設定値、公差値、計測寸法値および判
定結果等のデータを表示する表示装置とから構成
されることを特徴とする機器組立寸法計測装置。 ２ 表示装置は、データを印字するプリンタを備
えてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の機
器組立寸法計測装置。 ３ 表示装置は、データを記憶するデータ保管装
置を備えてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の機器組立寸法計測装置。
