Claims (1)
- 被加工物を上面に載置する基台に、多数の凹所
を穿設し、各凹所には真空ポンプの吸気路を設け
た真空式のチヤツクに於いて、前記凹所内に上向
き皿状で且つ大径の弾性吸盤を配設すると共に、
この弾性吸盤の内底部を前記吸気路に接続し、前
記弾性吸盤の上端周縁を基台上面より上方に少許
突出すると共に、該上端周縁と凹所の内周面との
間には所定の間隔を置き、前記弾性吸盤の内部に
は支持片を配設し、この支持片の頂端を基台上面
と面一にしたことを特徴とする真空式のチヤツク
。
