記半導体素子及び放熱板を基板に固定すると共に
前記基板に一対のスリツト状の孔を設け、該孔に
前記絶縁シートに形成した引掛部を挿入係止して
前記半導体素子の充電部を覆うと共に前記基板に
取付けられる前記半導体素子への配線用リード線
で前記絶縁シートの移動を阻止するようにしたこ
