Claims (1)
- ２枚の受圧ダイヤフラムに被測定圧力と基準圧
力とを与え、ボデイ本体内における内封液の移動
を封入回路を仕切つて設けた圧力センサの歪によ
り電気的出力信号として取り出すようにした圧力
発信器において、前記ボデイ本体の基準圧側壁面
に取付けられたカバーの内面に、前記壁面に取付
けられている基準圧側受圧ダイヤフラムと同様の
形状を有する波形面を設けたことを特徴とする圧
力発信器。
