Claims (1)
- 超音波振動子とこの超音波振動子によつて発生
する超音波を伝達する超音波伝達材とを有する超
音波流量計送受波器において、一部にねじ部が設
けられたシユーケースの中に前記超音波伝達材を
収容し、外部にねじ部を有する密閉された振動子
ケースの中に前記超音波振動子を収容して、前記
シユーケースと前記振動子ケースの各ねじ部を介
して前記振動子ケースを前記シユーケースの超音
波伝達部材に押圧結合しあるいは前記振動子ケー
スを前記シユーケースから分離できるようにした
ことを特徴とする超音波流量計送受波器。
